Fund Accounting Specialist 5

Job Description

You will be part of the middle office operations team responsible for providing performance calculation, Attribution analysis, and Risk reporting for clients in the APAC/EMEA/NAM region. Your role will involve ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned Performance reports, including accounts & benchmark performance, Attribution, Risk reporting & Composite reporting. Collaborating with onshore counterparts to establish global operating models and processes will also be part of your responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the assigned deliverables according to the agreed SLA.- Produce, review, and validate portfolio account performance calculations and reports associated with accounts, composites, and managers.- Understand Performance & Risk statistic calculation, able to calculate manually, and justify to Stakeholders.- Create customized reporting based on clients requirements; maintain, produce, and review client composites according to SLAs and GIPS standards.- Participate in department projects and other team activities, ensuring completion, as well as assist new clients in onboarding and implementation processes.- Review, update, and implement new processes and procedures as required to enhance operational controls.- Interface with performance and index vendors.- Resolve data issues using Accounting systems and understand the flow between accounting and performance systems.Qualifications:- Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Pursuing/completed CIPM (Preference not mandatory).- 2 years of experience in performance measurement operations or experience with account/security level performance in a related field.- Familiarity/Understanding of Segment, Security & Attribution Performance and Risk statistics.- Familiarity/Understanding of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).- Performance System Experience StatPro (Preferred).Skills Required:- Proficiency with EXCEL.- Attention to detail.- Effective time management skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Outstanding organizational skills.- Initiative in Self Development.- Team player.- Works well under pressure.- Flexibility to work in all shifts.This job opportunity is for a Full-time position with a rotating shift schedule, located at Plot No 243, SP Infocity, Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Gurgaon.
