Job Description

    As the Head of Human Resources at our leading housing finance industry, you will play a crucial role in shaping the HR strategy and operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, HR compliance, payroll governance, and culture-building initiatives in alignment with the business objectives of our fast-growing Housing Finance NBFC. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to cultivate a high-performance workforce spanning corporate and branch network operations.- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business expansion plans.- Lead recruitment efforts for sales, operations, collections, credit, and corporate functions.- Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.- Oversee payroll coordination, HR operations, HRMS, attendance, and statutory compliance.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, POSH regulations, audits, and internal policies.- Manage employee engagement, grievance resolution, and organizational culture initiatives.- Prepare HR MIS, manpower analytics, attrition reports, and leadership dashboards.- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and branch expansion support.Desired Candidate Profile:- Strong HR leadership experience in NBFC, Banking, Housing Finance, or Financial Services sector.- Experience in managing geographically distributed and field-force teams.- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.Qualification & Experience:- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.- 10-15 years of relevant HR experience.- Prior experience in handling multi-location HR operations is preferred.In this role, you will report to the Managing Director / CEO.
