Job Description

    Role Overview:As the Head of Logistics & Customer Service at Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN), you will lead end-to-end supply chain execution for the South Asia business, with a primary focus on India. Your role will involve owning customer service, logistics, inventory management, warehouse and transport management, 3PL service governance, and EXIM COE for South Asia and META markets. Your main responsibilities will include driving service excellence, inventory health, delivery performance, and supply chain efficiency, with a strong emphasis on India while supporting the wider South Asia market.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end logistics and customer service operations for South Asia, particularly focusing on India, to ensure smooth order-to-delivery execution across domestic and regional flows.- Drive alignment between commercial requirements, supply availability, and execution capability to secure continuity of supply and service, especially for the India business.- Manage warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations through 3PL and logistics partners while ensuring service, compliance, and cost optimization.- Oversee the customer service function and establish systems and processes to ensure orders are serviced to customer expectations and issues are resolved effectively.- Drive inventory control through stock health reviews, expiry management, stock audits, and corrective actions to improve freshness and reduce waste.- Build and drive KPI governance across key scorecard measures to enhance service and control.- Manage relationships with logistics service providers, warehouse partners, distributors, and key internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery and continuous improvement.- Continuously evaluate productivity, efficiency, and cost-to-serve across logistics and customer service streams, and implement improvement initiatives.- Lead, develop, and coach the South Asia operations team while fostering collaboration, ownership, and execution discipline, with a strong focus on India operations.Qualifications Required:- Graduate with minimum 12 15 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, and distribution operations.- Management qualification in Supply Chain / Operations / Business Management preferred.- Preference for candidates from FMCG / FMCD / consumer products background.- Experience in managing 3PL partners, distributors, warehouse operations, customer service, and EXIM Operations.- Exposure to D2C fulfillment and service operations in India will be an advantage.Additional Company Details:Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) is a global leader in the performance nutrition industry with a portfolio of nine brands sold in over 130 countries.
