Job Description

    As a HR Support Coordinator at GLG, you will play a key role in onboarding and offboarding employees, partnering with the Benefits team to administer employee benefits, and supporting the Payroll Team to ensure timely payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include managing employee changes, conducting audits on HR systems, and collaborating with the People Team to provide process and systems support for annual HR processes. You will also work with the HR Operations & Technology team to troubleshoot and resolve systems issues, aiming to increase operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Own the administration of onboarding and offboarding processes for employees- Partner with the Benefits team to administer employee benefits and wellness programs- Support the Payroll Team in processing semi-monthly & monthly payrolls accurately- Assist Business Partners in managing employee changes such as probations, promotions, and relocations- Conduct regular audits on HR systems, data records, and payroll processes- Collaborate with the People Team to provide process and systems support for annual HR processes- Troubleshoot and resolve systems issues with the HR Operations & Technology teamQualifications Required:- Detail-oriented with a technical, problem-solving mindset- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and innovative environment- Flexible and adaptable to changes- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Comfortable learning new technology and working in multiple systems- Strong collaboration and customer service skills- Ability to think on your feet and provide guidance to others- Interest in understanding employment laws and regulations in the US, UK, and other key locations for GLG- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretionAbout GLG / Gerson Lehrman Group:GLG is the worlds insight network, connecting clients with expertise across various fields through a global team of experts.
