HR Service Delivery Analyst

Role Overview:As an HR Service Delivery Analyst at Accenture, you will be a part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team that supports lateral recruitment of Accentures Operations entity. Your primary responsibility will be to build the strategy towards fulfilling demands and exercising thought leadership in improving the overall delivery efficiency of HRSS services to its clients. You will work on designing, developing, and implementing HR Delivery Strategy to support the end-to-end employee experience across the lifecycle. This includes coaching and advising account/engagement leads and employees when needed, as well as coordinating and delivering HR activities. Your work will involve HR Operations Processes like recruitment, WFA, Benefits, Exit, Payroll, and LOA. Additionally, you will work on the delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement as well as standards of service related to quality, effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Documentation: Accurately record all statements, discussions, and decisions made during POSH meetings and hearings.- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all information and records related to POSH cases.- Coordination: Assist in coordinating meetings and interviews with all parties involved in POSH cases.- Review: Review and verify the accuracy of recorded information, ensuring that all details are captured correctly.Qualifications:- Extensive experience in legal roles, scribe/documentation experience, etc.- Specialized training in POSH guidelines and protocols.- Effective communication, both written and verbal.Additional Details:Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
