As an HR Generalist (Europe & Africa) at Envoy Global, your role is crucial in providing high-quality HR support across multiple countries to ensure an exceptional employee experience. You will be part of the UK, Europe, and Africa HR team, contributing to various HR functions and collaborating with different departments to enhance HR processes and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include:**Onboarding and Offboarding:**- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.- Recommend and implement process improvements.- Coordinate with candidates, prepare offer letters, and coordinate background checks.- Assist with audit and compliance documentation.**HRIS & Data Management:**- Navigate HRIS platforms, generate reports, and analyze key HR metrics.- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data.- Identify automation opportunities and drive system efficiency.**Employee Engagement & Experience:**- Support HR initiatives like engagement surveys and DEI programs.- Help plan employee events, celebrations, and recognition activities.- Assist with talent and performance management cycles.**Benefits & Payroll Administration:**- Administer benefits across multiple countries and provide accurate payroll inputs.- Collaborate with global compensation & benefits teams to ensure competitive offerings. **Employee Relations:**- Support disciplinary processes and assist with investigations and grievances.- Manage exit interviews, probation reviews, and related actions.Qualifications Required:- Highly collaborative with experience in various HR functions.- Creative thinker passionate about enhancing employee experience.- Ability to manage projects independently.- Previous experience in a similar HR role.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Experience with BambooHR and UKG is beneficial.- 36 years of experience in HR or Talent Management.- Graduation or above.If you are interested in this remote role based in India and meet the qualifications, please complete the questionnaire and submit your resume promptly.
