Job Description

    Role Overview:You will support strategic and tactical marketing issues for Relationship Marketing and/or a specific Brand Marketing or Business department by providing analytical consulting on operational and program structure issues for the frequency program. Additionally, you will provide recommendations on consumer targeting through the statistical modeling of customer behavior.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize campaign management, data mining software, and statistical/computational methods to analyze results of direct marketing testing in frequency and non-frequency applications based on analytical objectives from business functional areas.- Build statistical models of customer behavior and business processes and make recommendations for enhancements to the marketing database from an information needs perspective.- Prepare presentations to marketing managers based on the interpretation of data analysis to report findings and make recommendations based on results.- Develop content for formal Analytical Skills training courses for marketing managers.- Apply analytical techniques to one or more disciplines.- Select and use appropriate software to effectively analyze data.- Compile and analyze information.Qualification Required:- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Quantitative Discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.- 4 to 7 years progressive work-related experience in relational decision-support databases and consulting in the analytics discipline with demonstrated proficiency and understanding in one or more functions related to the position.Additional Details of the Company:IHG Hotels & Resorts is committed to delivering True Hospitality for Good on a global scale.
