Human Capital Management Associate - Recruiting

Job Description

Role Overview:You will be a part of the Global HCM Service Delivery Organization within HCM, where you will collaborate with divisional HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Legal, Compliance, Audits, HCM Engineering, and the Global Service Delivery Team. Your main focus will be on providing services for different talent segments, executing job offers, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, handling employee lifecycle processes in HRIS, and supporting operational and risk management processes.Key Responsibilities:- Collate information and complete pre-offer verification steps for candidates- Create and manage job offers for various talent segments- Coordinate background checks and verifications- Schedule meetings with hiring managers and handle onboarding tasks- Assist in exit management and execute off-boarding processes- Support employee lifecycle processes including offers, transfers, and terminations- Maintain a detailed understanding of HCM data and validation mechanisms- Act as a key contact for managing issues and escalations related to HCM Risk procedures- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices within the teamQualifications:- Bachelors or Post Graduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Human Resources- Experience in an operational role, preferably within HR education or backgroundAdditional Company Details:The Global HCM Service Delivery function operates globally with a presence in India and the United States. The team collaborates with various internal stakeholders to provide seamless HR services and support talent management processes. As an Associate in the Recruiting - Lateral team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity within the HCM function.
