Job Description

    Role Overview:As an NLP Account Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage institutional client onboarding, nurture account relationships, and drive customer retention and revenue growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, timely issue resolution, and identification of upselling and renewal opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients, ensuring smooth account setup and adoption.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and client accounts.- Serve as the primary contact for client queries, concerns, and support requirements.- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure.- Monitor and track account performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics.- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products/services and drive account expansion.- Manage contract renewals and work towards maximizing customer retention.- Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.- Collaborate with sales, operations, product, and customer success teams to enhance the customer experience.- Prepare regular account reviews and reports for management.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.- 4-7 years of experience in Account Management, Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management.- Experience in the Education Technology (EdTech), Education Services, or SaaS industry is preferred.- Proven track record of managing institutional or enterprise accounts and driving customer retention.Additional Details:You will have the opportunity to work with leading institutional clients in a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
