Job Description

    As a Sales Executive at Swipe, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls and follow-ups to qualified SME leads across India. You will deliver product demos of Swipes invoicing, GST, and payment features via phone/video. It will be your duty to own the full sales cycle from first contact to closure and onboarding handoff. Additionally, maintaining CRM records, pipeline data, and daily activity logs will be crucial for your success. Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets is a key part of your role. Leveraging regional language fluency to increase conversions in target markets will also be beneficial.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to qualified SME leads across India- Deliver product demos of Swipes invoicing, GST, and payment features via phone/video- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closure and onboarding handoff- Maintain CRM records, pipeline data, and daily activity logs- Meet and exceed monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets- Leverage regional language fluency to increase conversions in target marketsQualifications:- Fluency in English and Hindi (non-negotiable)- Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad- Strong communication and active listening skills- Prior inside sales / telecalling / B2B SaaS experience preferred- Familiarity with GST, invoicing, or CRM tools is a plus- Any Bachelors degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, etc.)What We Offer:Swipe offers 4.5 6.5 LPA CTC with performance-linked incentives.
