Job Description

    As an IT Sales / AI Solution Sales Executive based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, you will be responsible for lead generation and inside sales experience within industries such as BFSI, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or Healthcare. Your knowledge of AI solutions including GenAI, Conversational AI, AI/ML, LLM, NLP, DX/CX/EX, Automation, and Analytics will be crucial. Additionally, proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is required.Key Skills:- Lead generation and inside sales experience.- Industry exposure in BFSI, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.- Knowledge of various AI solutions.- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.Key Responsibilities:Inside Sales:- Generate new business through outbound outreach and follow up on inbound leads.- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with tailored AI solutions.- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Lead Generation & Market Engagement:- Execute targeted lead generation campaigns across outreach, content, and events.- Articulate compelling AI-driven value propositions.- Collaborate with the Global Business Development team for seamless lead hand-offs.Client Handling:- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through presentations and demos.- Conduct discovery calls and recommend appropriate solutions.- Resolve client inquiries promptly and collaborate with leadership and delivery teams for a seamless experience.Sales Operations:- Utilize CRM tools for pipeline tracking, reporting, and data accuracy.- Provide insights into sales performance and market trends.Qualifications:- Proven experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, International Sales, or Client Engagement.- Demonstrated success in a hunting role targeting the U.S. market.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Solid ability to build rapport over phone and virtual meetings.- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
