    As an Inside Sales Specialist at Mindelphi, you will play a crucial role in lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service tasks on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include:- Demonstrating proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques to identify potential leads and convert them into customers.- Showing a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the growth of the organization.- Utilizing your experience in the wellness or healthcare industry, if applicable, to better understand customer needs and preferences.- Holding a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field to bring in-depth knowledge and expertise to your role.Mindelphi is a comprehensive employee wellness and organizational health platform that emphasizes individual well-being and workplace culture.
