Job Description

    Role Overview:As an IT Support Engineer Level 2, your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced desktop, server, and network support at our clients site in Faridabad. You will be required to demonstrate strong technical expertise in hardware, operating systems, networking, virtualization, and security solutions. Your role will involve hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently manage IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:- Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, and workstations.- Install and configure server hardware and operating systems.- Create and manage Active Directory (AD/ADC) with user policies.- Configure and manage L1/L2/L3 network security policies.- Handle LAN/WAN administration and firewall policy management.- Manage VPN/P2P connectivity across multiple locations.- Administer antivirus and endpoint security solutions.- Implement data backup solutions (Cloud/NAS/SAN).- Create and manage virtual machines (VPS) on-premises or in the cloud.- Perform data backup and restoration for business continuity.Qualifications Required:- Strong knowledge of desktop/server troubleshooting and maintenance.- Proficiency in network security configurations and firewall management.- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LAN/WAN, and VPN management.- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and backup systems.- Ability to handle endpoint security and data protection solutions.- Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.Company Details:Omit this section as there are no additional details of the company in the job description.
