IT Support - Internship

Job Description

As an IT Intern at RSA Actuarial Services India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT team with hardware asset management, desktop support, and Level 1 troubleshooting. This internship provides a valuable opportunity for individuals who have a keen interest in technology and are enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update inventory of IT hardware including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.- Assist in the allocation and tracking of hardware assets.- Provide first-level support for end-user devices.- Assist with basic configuration and setup of laptops and desktops.- Resolve basic technical issues concerning laptops, desktops, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.- Keep accurate records of incidents and resolutions.- Support the IT team in preparing reports related to asset management and support tickets.Qualifications Required:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software troubleshooting.- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook and Teams.- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field.- Zeal to learn and grow in the IT domain.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.About the Company:RSA Actuarial Services India Private Limited is a 100% subsidiary of RSA Group, a leading multinational general insurance group with over 300 years of experience and more than 20 million customers worldwide. The stipend ranges from INR 13,000 to 15,000 per month, and other perks include a certificate, letter of recommendation, 5 days a week work schedule, and free snacks & beverages.
