Job Description

Role Overview:You will be part of the asset analytics and data science team at the Digital Business Unit of IndusInd Bank. Your role involves working on cutting-edge problems for the bank and collaborating closely with stakeholders across risk, business, partnerships, digital, and strategy to enhance profitability and growth. Your main responsibility will be to generate data-driven insights and present them to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with digital product, growth, and marketing teams.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize your experience in querying databases and using statistical computer languages like R, Python, and SQL to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.- Apply predictive modeling techniques to identify opportunities for leveraging company data and implementing models to drive business solutions.- Work with large datasets, data warehouses, and relevant programs to extract data, perform necessary data reprocessing, and conduct feature engineering.- Conduct Statistical Analysis, research on ML algorithms, and data sources for better predictions.- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive business results with data-based insights.- Establish and scale up data science functions within the organization.- Create pricing models for digital value propositions to ensure profitability and business outcomes.- Develop automated dashboards and reports using PowerBI to empower product and marketing teams.Qualification Required:- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field, MBA/PGDBM from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges.- Minimum 5 years of experience in Analytics and data science.- Proficiency in Python for model development and statistical analysis.- Strong strategic thought leadership and problem-solving skills.- Ability to build relationships and influence across the organization.- Results-driven with excellent project management skills.- Expertise in Big Data, Segmentation, Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, and Hypothesis Testing.Please note that interested candidates must apply through the listing on Jigya for further evaluation and screening by IndusInd Bank.
