Job Description

    As an experienced and strategic HR leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the HR operating model for our client, a leading Indian manufacturing firm. Your responsibilities will include driving enterprise-level HR programs, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and overseeing the performance of key transformation projects to align people, processes, and technologies with business strategy and enhance employee experience.Key Responsibilities:- Design, lead, and manage cross-functional HR programs encompassing organizational development, HR operations, and digital HR transformation.- Define program scope, establish governance structure, and develop an execution roadmap to ensure alignment with strategic HR and business objectives.- Identify opportunities for operational excellence and process optimization within HR functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through training and knowledge sharing.- Collaborate with HRIS and digital teams to integrate automation, analytics, and AI into HR programs and transformation initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making.- Monitor the implementation timelines and mitigate risks to ensure the success and completion of major HR transformation programs across business units.Qualifications Required:- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that are in line with business objectives.- Proven expertise in managing complex HR transformation projects from inception to completion.- Strong consulting skills, including assessing client needs, developing tailored solutions, and providing expert guidance.- Excellent change management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage resistance to change.- Deep understanding of HR best practices and emerging trends in HR technology, talent management, and organizational development.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Experience: 8 - 15 years- Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram- Relevant experience in HR Transformation, HR Project Management, HR Consulting, Change Management, HR Strategy, and Organization Development.With your background and expertise, you will have the opportunity to drive impactful HR initiatives, lead transformation projects, and contribute to the overall success of our clients HR function.
