As a Lead Data Scientist (L5) - Implementation Lead at our company, your primary responsibility will be to own the end-to-end delivery and implementation of data science solutions. You will lead teams, establish SOPs, and ensure scalable and repeatable execution. Additionally, you will be overseeing Development Leads and Implementation Leads within the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end implementation of data science and AI initiatives, including spearheading implementations for specific clients such as clinical encoder- Lead and manage a team of Data Scientists and Implementation Leads- Establish, document, and enhance SOPs for delivery and implementation processes- Drive execution of NLP and ML-based solutions- Utilize GenAI tools such as LLMs, copilots, and prompt-based tools to enhance productivity and delivery- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverablesQualifications Required:- 6-10 years of experience in Data Science / Applied AI roles- Proficiency in Python programming with skills in pandas, NumPy, and advanced Python concepts- Hands-on experience in NLP- Demonstrated experience in team management and end-to-end project ownership- Prior experience in creating and maintaining SOPs, preferably in a product company setting- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesTechnical Skills Required:- Databricks- LLMs- Expertise in Data Science- NLP- GenAI- Proficiency in SQL and Python/Pyspark- Strong debugging skills with the ability to identify the root cause of errors and troubleshoot effectivelyGood to Have:- Exposure to MLOps tools such as FastAPI and Docker- Experience working in enterprise or product-led environmentsPlease note that the companys smart operations solutions are designed to enhance productivity in complex operations like claims processing and commercial underwriting through the use of AI and advanced process mining capabilities.
