Job Description

    Role Overview:VenturEdu is seeking a Founding Faculty member to play a crucial role in crafting an immersive data lab environment for student entrepreneurs. You will be instrumental in helping students transform raw data into actionable insights and solutions that drive the real ventures being developed within the program.Key Responsibilities:- Lead applied data labs in areas such as Data Science & AI in Business, Python, SQL for Data Management, and Big Data & Scalable Architectures.- Guide students in the creation of customer analytics dashboards and predictive dashboards.- Conduct hands-on sprints for participants to deploy Python/SQL workflows, build recommendation engines, and process large datasets.- Mentor startups on AI adoption strategies, focusing on scalability, cost-effectiveness, and ethical use.- Publish case studies, research insights, and deal reports derived from real founder journeys.Qualifications Required:- Masters/PhD in Data Science, AI, or Computer Science from reputable institutes.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, research, corporate, or entrepreneurship ecosystem.- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Big Data platforms (Hadoop/Spark/Cloud), and applied AI tools.- Entrepreneurial mindset to bridge academic knowledge with practical venture execution.
