Job Description

    In this Manager position on the GLG Client Solutions Operations team in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Client Solutions Operations professionals to deliver primary research deliverables that add value to GLG clients globally. Your role will involve managing and developing your team, ensuring excellent client service, and collaborating with senior Client Solutions team members worldwide.Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of 3 5 professionals to achieve or exceed business targets in terms of commercial success, quality, and service. Develop the capabilities and skills of your team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management. Provide hands-on support for the teams opportunities, optimize load balancing and delegation, and implement account strategy.An Ideal Candidate Will Have: Minimum 6 - 8 years experience in demonstrating best in class client-service capabilities and team build-out experience. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of B2B client-service professionals, particularly those serving international / US-based clients. Postgraduate / Graduate degree from a top-tier university. Excellent communication and interaction skills across various channels like telephone, email, and in-person, particularly in a business-focused setting. Track record of successful work in a fast-paced client-service environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement. Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and lead by example.
