Job Description

Role Overview:As the Manager Contracts Management & Automation at Cvent, you will be responsible for overseeing endtoend contract lifecycle activities, which includes contract reviews, cancellations, deactivations, cash application coordination, SLA management, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Your primary focus will be on leading the digital transformation of contracts processes using AI and automation. You will lead and mentor a team, deploy AIenabled CLM and O2C tools, and drive continuous process improvement to deliver higher accuracy, faster cycle times, and better business outcomes in collaboration with crossfunctional and USbased stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Own the full contract lifecycle from intake to terminations, ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, and financial policies.- Review client contracts using manual judgment and AIassisted tools to identify discrepancies, risks, nonstandard clauses, and recommend mitigation actions.- Define and maintain playbooks, clause libraries, and standard templates to improve consistency and reduce turnaround time.- Lead the roadmap for AIenabled contract management and OrdertoCash automation, working with crossfunctional teams to design and implement solutions.- Design and optimize endtoend processes for contract intake, approvals, billing triggers, and downstream O2C activities, ensuring scalability and strong controls.- Oversee entry and recording of daily cash receipts and adjustments, ensuring accurate reconciliation with systemgenerated batch totals.Qualifications Required:- Graduate/PostGraduate with 1214 years of experience in OrdertoCash, contract management, or related finance operations.- Demonstrated people management experience leading multilevel teams is mandatory.- Strong understanding of endtoend OrdertoCash processes and how contracts drive billing, revenue, and cash application.- Proficiency in using data and analytics (Excel, SQL, BI tools, or similar) to identify trends, drive decisions, and measure transformation impact.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with senior onshore stakeholders and influence crossfunctional teams.Additional Company Details:Cvent is a global meeting, event, travel, and hospitality technology leader with over 5,500 employees worldwide.
