Multi Task Worker (MTW)

Job Description

As a Multi Task Worker, you will provide hands-on support for day-to-day operational and maintenance activities across multiple office and warehouse locations in the Tricity area. Your role will involve basic repair, maintenance, material coordination, and general assistance tasks. The ideal candidate for this position should be dependable, flexible, and willing to travel between sites as needed.- Visit different company locations within Tricity as assigned for routine work or assistance.- Perform basic maintenance activities such as tightening screws, replacing bulbs, fixing minor issues, etc.- Assist in checking and maintaining office infrastructure (lights, CCTV, furniture, etc.).- Coordinate with vendors for small purchases, repairs, or material collection.- Support in shifting, setting up, or organizing office equipment and furniture.- Deliver or collect materials, documents, or tools between offices or vendors.- Maintain cleanliness and ensure general upkeep of the assigned areas.- Provide assistance in minor electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work (if skilled).- Report any major maintenance issues to the Admin or Facility team immediately.- Follow company safety, discipline, and attendance norms at all times.Qualifications and Skills:- Minimum Education: 10th pass (ITI or basic technical knowledge preferred).- Must be comfortable with local travel across Tricity (Chandigarh-Mohali-Panchkula).- Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance work.- Honest, punctual, and able to take instructions well.- Two-wheeler with valid driving license required.The company provides health insurance and Provident Fund benefits.
