Job Description

    Role Overview:Bain & Company, a global consultancy, is looking for an Operations Manager - Workflow to work closely with client teams and business partners. As part of the Creative Services team, you will be responsible for managing design requests and ensuring they are scoped, assigned, and delivered according to client requirements and expectations. Your role will involve leading a team of specialists, fostering their professional growth, and creating a positive and collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with client teams and business partners to assess, prioritize, and allocate resources for design requests, ensuring alignment of expectations and meeting design requirements within established deadlines.- Support fast turnaround design solutions for client teams and business partners, following Bain and client brand standards.- Manage vendor relationships to ensure third-party service providers adhere to Creative Services best practices and performance standards.- Lead systems projects and pilot initiatives with internal and business stakeholders.- Track and report on Creative Services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and utilization, making suggestions for improvements and identifying areas for development.- Lead a regional program of continuous improvement, sharing best practices and identifying pain points in submission and workflow management.- Collaborate with regional managers to ensure consistent delivery of workflow management practices, collecting feedback to equip the workflow team with necessary tools and knowledge for a consistent customer experience.- Manage a team of specialists who act as the first point of contact in Creative Services for design requests from client teams and business partners, being responsible for team performance.Qualifications Required:- Leadership and project management experience.- Expertise in using Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.- Fluency in written and spoken English.- Excellent communication skills.- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
