Job Description

    As an Operations Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and streamlining our day-to-day operations in a fast-paced startup environment. Your main responsibilities will include:- Managing end-to-end operations to ensure smooth execution across various functions- Setting up tools and designing scalable processes to enhance efficiency and productivity- Driving data-driven decision-making through MIS, dashboards, and performance tracking- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, HR, Finance) and external partners- Leading and managing teams to ensure high performance and accountability- Solving operational challenges with a proactive and execution-focused approach- Taking ownership across multiple functions and operating beyond defined roles when necessary- Leading, mentoring, and managing teams with maturity and empathy to foster a high-performance culture- Proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges with a strong problem-solving and execution mindset- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment to ensure customer success and handle escalations effectively- Maintaining flexibility in working hours based on business needs and operational priorities- Building a positive team environment through effective people management and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment- Exposure to operations tools, CRM, and project management platforms- Proven track record of process improvements and impact-driven resultsIn addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to build and scale operations from the ground up, work closely with leadership and decision-makers, and thrive in a high ownership, fast growth, and dynamic work culture.
