Job Description

    As an ISP Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of ISP operations. This includes monitoring network uptime, bandwidth utilization, and performance to ensure smooth functioning. Your key responsibilities will involve managing the NOC, field support, and customer service teams effectively. Additionally, you will be handling vendor coordination and escalation management to maintain seamless operations. Compliance with regulatory norms such as DoT/TRAI will be a crucial part of your role. It will also be your responsibility to maintain reports, KPIs, and operational metrics to track the performance of the operations.Qualifications Required:- Experience in managing ISP operations- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and performance monitoring- Excellent vendor management and coordination skills- Knowledge of regulatory norms related to the ISP industry- Proficiency in maintaining reports, KPIs, and operational metricsNote: The company is also looking for splicers, Fiber Laying Technicians, and Helpers.
