Partner Operations Manager - Trust & Safety

Job Description

As a member of the Partner Success team at Trust and Safety, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the strategy, governance, and operational performance of the Content Reviews extended workforce in the region. Your role will involve ensuring the success of the program/project by focusing on core OKR/goals such as Latency, quality, and wellness. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining partner site standards, budget adherence, financial accountability, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure successful program/project delivery by focusing on core OKR/goals- Hold partner sites accountable and guide them towards operational excellence- Manage partner relationships for outsourcing performance and vendor performance management- Articulate site performance and remediation plans at an executive level- Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines- Focus on continuous improvement by re-engineering site level processes as needed- Manage complex vendor and internal stakeholder relationships- Ability to travel 50%-70%Qualifications:- Experience in managing outsourced partner relationships and people management- Operations Management, Program management, Large scale transformation project experience- Strong oral and written communications skills with the ability to influence stakeholders- Experience in large scale operations working across multiple domains and business units- Ability to think creatively, multitask, work well under pressure, and resolve issues collaboratively- Excellent communication in both written and spoken EnglishAbout ByteDance:Founded in 2012, ByteDances mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.
