As the Technical Architect at Snapmint, your role is crucial in driving the evolution of our systems from a fast-moving startup architecture to a resilient, secure, and extensible financial platform. With over a million users and thousands of EMIs processed daily, we are at a pivotal point where your leadership and expertise are essential to propel us towards accommodating 50 million users.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Own the Technical Vision:** Define and take ownership of the end-to-end technology architecture platforms. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to establish a multi-year engineering roadmap. Act as the primary decision-maker on architectural trade-offs such as performance vs cost, velocity vs stability, and build vs buy.**Qualifications Required:****The Non-Negotiables:**- 10 years of overall software engineering experience, including 4-5 years in architecture, platform, or principal/staff engineering roles.- Proven hands-on experience in designing distributed systems that cater to millions of users.
