Job Description

    As a Project Controlling professional, your primary role will involve monitoring and managing the performance of the project portfolio to drive value creation for clients and the organization. You will be responsible for identifying variances and providing support in implementing corrective financial measures under guidance.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, procedures, and guidelines to uphold financial integrity.- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.- Handle project setup, closure, and maintenance in ERP systems, ensuring accurate project structuring and continuous monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.- Prepare and draft invoices in accordance with contractual requirements for review, supporting timely billing cycles, and contributing to the preparation of financial reports.- Collaborate with Project Managers to facilitate project delivery within defined scope, assisting in financial tracking, coordination, and reporting activities.- Utilize tools such as Excel (including macros), Power BI, and Power Query for financial analysis, automation, and reporting. Develop dashboards and provide support for data visualization in management reporting.- Utilize ERP systems for project accounting, invoicing, and financial tracking to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial data.Qualifications Required:- Proficiency in Power Bi, ERP systems, and financial operations.- Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.- Experience in Project Accounting, Business Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.In summary, this role involves overseeing project portfolio performance, ensuring financial compliance, supporting project setup and maintenance, handling invoicing and financial reporting, assisting Project Managers, conducting data analysis, and utilizing ERP systems for financial operations.
