Job Description

As a SAP MM Consultant at STL Digital, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions. Your responsibilities will include:- Performing detailed analysis of business process requirements and documenting customer requirements- Facilitating workshops to gather business requirements- Mapping client business requirements, processes, and objectives to develop necessary product modifications- Designing, customizing, configuring, and testing MM modules- Identifying gaps, issues, and providing work around solutions- Serving as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting software problems- Handling changes or emergency transports for high priority issues- Documenting functional designs, test cases, and results- Proactively identifying and proposing business process/system enhancements- Providing consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects- Acting as a liaison between business functions and the technical team- Providing ad-hoc training and user support as required- Working self-directed and independently, and mentoring junior team members- Tracking development hours and setting priorities- Raising service requests to SAP for Ariba issues and collaborating with support vendors for issue resolution- Collaborating with the support team for new developments and changes in AribaPrimary Skills required for this role include:- Minimum 5 years of experience in full cycle implementation and support projects- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and configuring MM modules- Knowledge and experience of Ariba and SAP MM interfaces- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously- Understanding business processes from a customer perspective- Working effectively in a team environmentGood to have Skills include:- Knowledge of any Cloud technologies- Understanding of Agile methodologiesAbout STL Digital:STL Digital, a subsidiary of Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL), is a global IT services and consulting company dedicated to delivering exceptional digital transformation experiences for enterprises.
