Job Description

As an Analytics Projects Translator at our company, your role will involve understanding and translating business needs into various analytics projects, including Operational & Advanced Reporting, and Strategic & Predictive Analytics. You will be responsible for understanding existing datasets (both structured and unstructured) and transforming, reshaping, and joining multiple datasets for integrated reporting. Your ideas, designs, and algorithms will play a crucial role in influencing people outcomes, which will be tested through statistical hypotheses.Key Responsibilities:- Produce results from analyses that will drive HR investments, talent management decisions, and changes to the fundamental delivery of HR services- Communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical audiences through both written and verbal mediums- Provide coaching and training on the use and interpretation of data- Design and execute hypotheses, surveys, analyses, and reports independently and collaboratively- Create, maintain, and ensure quality assurance of key people datasets, reports, and metrics- Collaborate with the Data Integrity team to ensure Data Governance- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of People functions- Recognize relevant data and determine supporting data required for further exploration- Utilize available technologies, programming languages, and analytical tools to deliver assigned projects- Visualize data and draw meaningful analyses and stories on emerging trends and process improvements- Extend technical/automation support to the Data Integrity team in data cleansing, validation, and transformation- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive dataQualifications Required:- Experience in implementing a new solution/system- Experience in Quality Program like Six Sigma (Green Belt)- Consulting skills and ability to establish relationships- Unique knack in data manipulation, analysis, and statistical modeling- Clear understanding of data formats and ability to reshape and transform unstructured data- Fluency in SQL and RDBMS (or DPLYR in R)- Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards- Presentation, influencing, and storytelling skills- Excellent programming skills in R and Python- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau, PowerBI including DAX formulation (Preferred)- Proficiency in MS Access & MS PowerPoint- Excellent knowledge of in-built and external Excel add-ins (Solver, Decision Trees, Data Analysis)- Proficiency in the application of statistical prediction modeling, machine learning classification, and forecasting techniques- Experience in the application of AI (Neural Network), Support Vector Machines (SVM), Random Forest, etc.- Experience in analytics projects in the area of people Analytics to manage employee or customer life cycle- Excellent communication and facilitation skillsIf you possess the required qualifications and skills, and are eager to contribute to impactful analytics projects while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data, we encourage you to apply for this role.
