As a QA Professional with Android App Automation testing and Business Analysis (BA) experience, you will be responsible for the following:Role Overview:You will work closely with the Development team for test cases, test case scenarios, test scripts, and UAT support. Your primary focus will be on mobile Android App Testing, including both Manual and Automation testing, with proficiency in automation tools such as Appium, Robotium, UI automator, etc. Additionally, you will be involved in website automation testing using tools like Selenium.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Development team to create test cases, test scripts, and provide UAT support.- Demonstrate expertise in mobile Android App Testing, both Manual and Automation, with a minimum of 1 year experience in automation tools.- Conduct website automation testing using tools like Selenium for at least 1 year.- Work closely with Business Analysts and/or teams for requirement elicitation, document preparation, and analysis.- Gather, analyze, and document requirements efficiently and effectively.- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders for clear requirements and scope definition.- Prepare documents such as BRD, FSD, Mind maps, Wire Frames, Use Cases, UML diagrams, Business Case Analysis, etc.- Possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and knowledge of Hindi and Telugu languages.- Exhibit a pleasant personality, professional mindset, and excellent presentation skills.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred).- 1 year of experience in Android App Testing and 1 year in Business Analysis, totaling 2-4 years of experience.- Previous experience in startup environments is advantageous.- Familiarity with project tracking tools like Agile (Scrum) and waterfall methods.Additional Company Details:The compensation for this position ranges from 2-4 Lakhs/Year based on experience, skills, knowledge, and mindset.(Note: The job description does not provide explicit details about the company beyond the job requirements and compensation.)
