Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

You will be joining as a Quality Assurance Specialist focusing on Apparel with up to 7 years of relevant experience located in Gurugram. Your role will involve supporting leadership for Quality Assurance functions in the Apparel category to ensure meeting brand requirements and managing Vendor relationships for Profitability, On-time Execution, and quality.**Roles and Responsibilities:**- Understand, interpret, and review samples based on international test standards like ASTM, ISO, and EN related to chemical test parameters on Footwear.- Supervise QA inspector services to meet customers quality standards.- Provide QA advice to factories for production control.- Check samples against product specifications for sample inspections.- Manage and lead the QA inspector team to ensure consistent service quality.- Provide technical support, risk analysis, and advice to ensure meeting customers specifications.- Work closely with third-party testing laboratories and Merchandising team to meet European requirements.- Conduct technical audits of footwear factories and update the system.- Review and upload inspection reports in MQC.- Follow-up with factories on development, testing, and product inspections.**Desired Candidate Profile:**- Education: BE/B.
