Job Description

    As a Sales Development Representative at Cvent, you will play a crucial role in driving new business by serving as the initial contact point for prospective customers. Your passion for the product and excellent communication skills will be key in providing valuable information and identifying potential leads. Here are the key responsibilities you will undertake:- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers, offering product information and assistance- Identify and qualify leads to support the Senior Sales Team in meeting new business quotas- Attend industry events to network with potential clients and generate interest in Cvents solutions- Drive traffic to Cvent seminars and online demonstrations to showcase the platforms capabilities- Provide feedback on product enhancements to contribute to ongoing improvementsTo excel in this position, you will need to meet the following qualifications:- Hold a Bachelors degree with a strong academic background- Possess 6 months to 1 year of full-time work experience, preferably in a sales role- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills- Exhibit a strong sense of initiative, personal leadership, and the ability to work effectively within a team- Show proficiency in building relationships over the phone- Manage high outbound call volume (50-60 calls/day) with corresponding talk time- Display articulate, organized, and detail-oriented qualities, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentJoin Cvent and be part of a dynamic team that values diverse perspectives and encourages entrepreneurial thinking.
