Job Description

As a Backend SDE-2, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team focused on solving complex technology challenges and driving innovation to create cutting-edge products that address real-world problems. Your role will involve strategic leadership, managing technical complexities, and fostering a culture of innovation while ensuring operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with business objectives. Create technology roadmaps that support the organizations goals.- Technical Excellence: Lead the team in designing and implementing scalable, secure software systems. Promote best practices in technical architecture, coding standards, and software testing to deliver products with speed and quality.- Project and Program Management: Establish timelines with stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery of engineering projects with high quality and within budget. Utilize agile methodologies to manage development processes efficiently.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Design, Business, and Operations teams to define project requirements and ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts throughout the organization.- Risk Management: Identify and address technical risks and obstacles proactively. Drive initiatives to reduce technical debt and enhance system efficiency.Required Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in software engineering.- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges effectively.- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, impactful software projects.- Proficiency in software design principles, patterns, and multiple programming languages.- Expertise in modern development frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS), microservices, and distributed systems.- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, Redis, ElasticSearch, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders at all levels.The company values individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to innovative solutions.
