Job Description

    Role Overview:As a part of United Airlines Customer Contact Center team, your core purpose will be to provide analytical rigor and strategic decision support to US-based leaders. You will be responsible for sizing opportunities, evaluating initiatives, and delivering clear, insight-driven recommendations through strong asynchronous partnership. Your role will involve working with various data sources, building automated dashboards, and analyzing operational processes to drive impactful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize advanced SQL skills to independently extract, validate, and reconcile operational datasets- Build automated dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker with minimal manual upkeep- Automate data workflows using Power Automate for efficient processes- Apply strong analytical modeling skills for scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and trade-off evaluation- Work with incomplete data and document assumptions clearly- Collaborate across multiple data sources such as operations, customer experience, financial data, and policy information- Employ structured problem-solving mindset for hypothesis-driven and logically rigorous decision-making- Evaluate initiative success using leading and lagging indicators and translate data insights into clear recommendations- Document current-state processes, future-state designs, business requirements, and metric requirements- Ensure proposed solutions will scale operationally and adhere to policy and risk considerations- Communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders in an asynchronous model- Articulate insights, assumptions, risks, and open questions clearly- Receive feedback constructively and maintain strong documentation and version-control disciplineQualification Required:- Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience- 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the airline or logistics industry- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills- Legal authorization to work in India for any employer without sponsorship- Fluency in English (written and spoken)- Successful completion of interview required- Reliable and punctual attendance is essentialAdditional Details:This position is offered on local terms and conditions at United Airlines Business Services Pvt.
