The company values Customer Empathy and Product Innovation, driving its rapid growth.You will be responsible for:- Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality Android applications.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.- Implementing appropriate design patterns (MVVM, MVP, MVI, MVC) to create a scalable and maintainable codebase.- Ensuring a seamless user experience by addressing UI/UX gaps independently.- Optimizing app performance, responsiveness, and efficiency.- Translating high-level product or business requirements into detailed specifications.- Implementing security best practices to safeguard user data.- Debugging and resolving reported issues.- Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.- Conducting unit testing to ensure code robustness.- Staying updated on mobile development trends and technologies.- Exploring hybrid app development frameworks for cross-platform solutions.- Monitoring app performance and stability.- Tracking feature adoption and engagement to optimize user experience.- Leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.- Collaborating with tech support and non-technical teams to enhance technical capabilities.- Identifying and eliminating technical debt for maintainability.What You Should Know:- Experience: 3 years in mobile development.- An active Github profile.- Strong communication skills.- Proficiency in Kotlin, Dart, and Java.- Strong experience with Android SDK and Flutter.- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and SQLite.- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with basic Figma proficiency.- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.- Knowledge of Retrofit, Android architectural patterns, Code refactoring, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, Kotlin, and UnitTesting.
