Senior Associate Automation Developer (Pega)

Role Overview:You will be part of the data and analytics engineering team at PwC focusing on leveraging advanced technologies to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Your role will involve transforming raw data into actionable insights to enable informed decision-making and drive business growth. Additionally, you will be involved in intelligent automation, designing automation solutions and implementing process automation to help clients achieve operational efficiencies and cost reduction.Key Responsibilities:- Design and architect end-to-end Pega solutions utilizing case lifecycle management and optimized stage/step configurations- Develop and configure Data Pages for efficient data sourcing and caching strategies- Implement and maintain Decision Rules and advanced Declarative Rules for dynamic business logic execution- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into reusable Pega rules and case structures- Build integrations using Connectors and Services for seamless interaction with external enterprise systems and APIs- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and promote Agile development practices- Guide and mentor junior architects and developers on complex features and best practicesQualifications Required:- Minimum 7 years of Pega application development and architecture experience- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with continuous integration and delivery practices- Graduate Engineer or Management GraduateAdditional Details:You will be part of a vibrant community at PwC that leads with trust and creates distinctive outcomes for clients and communities.
