******Role Overview:**As a Senior Data Operations Analyst at DISCO, you will be consulting with customers globally to prepare data for legal review in the eDiscovery platform. Your role involves providing assistance to end-users throughout the legal discovery process and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, you will offer critical technical input to the Engineering team to diagnose and address platform issues and prioritize product enhancements.**Key Responsibilities:**- Coordinate the processing, loading, and metadata overlay of unstructured and structured data to and from the eDiscovery platform.- Remediate exceptions to unstructured and structured data using standard exception handling procedures.- Manipulate structured data for ingest and overlay in the eDiscovery platform.- Perform quality control and validations on all assigned tasks prior to delivery.- Prioritize workload assignments, communicate job status and potential issues to stakeholders.- Accurately log and classify issues for engineering interventions, product improvements, and reporting within DISCO.- Proactively contribute to product improvements and related documentation.- Adhere to company policies and procedures for ticket creation, updating, and resolution.- Monitor open tickets in Salesforce, contact customers, and provide timely updates.- Operate with professionalism and quality service to internal departments, clients, and vendors.**Qualifications Required:**- More than three years of eDiscovery data processing experience.- More than one year of experience with relational databases such as SQL or MS Access.- More than one year of experience with Excel (vlookups, macros, formulas, etc.). **Additional Details:**DISCO is a cloud-native, artificial intelligence-powered legal solution provider that simplifies ediscovery, legal document review, and case management for various entities.
