Job Description

Role Overview:As a Data Scientist at our company, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, and data engineering techniques to extract actionable insights from diverse datasets. Your role will involve collaborating with business subject matter experts, functional solution leads, and IT partners to deploy scalable end-to-end AI/ML-infused systems. You will be leading the development of AI/ML solutions, training ML models, optimizing model performance, and offering technical advice to optimize solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Mine and analyze data from enterprise sources using statistics, machine learning, and analytic approaches to drive insights and recommendations for the business- Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy scalable AI/ML systems- Build end-to-end AI/ML solutions by selecting appropriate algorithms, model architectures, and deployment environments based on business objectives- Train ML models using historical data and assess their performance- Lead and collaborate with teammates to optimize solutions- Achieve project goals by planning, organizing, and managing resources effectively- Continuously seek out industry best practices to develop new capabilities for data analytics- Assist in building coworkers analytical skillsets and with technical project implementationsQualifications Required:- Bachelors/PG degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics/Science, or related field- Proficiency in cleaning, visualizing, transforming, analyzing, and presenting insights from data sets- Coding skills in Python- Experience with architecting scalable data solutions in cloud environments, preferably Azure- Developing full ML workflows and deploying AI/ML models- Experience with data visualization software, Power BI preferred- Strong communication, analytical decision-making, and leadership skills- Fluent in EnglishAdditional Company Details:The job impacts the business by driving high-value insights and steering strategic growth initiatives. It involves collaborating with a team of around 1,000 people across 4 locations and all regions. The role requires a high level of accountability in individual and team results, contributing to policy/strategy, and handling complex decision-making related to AI/ML solutions.
