Job Description

    As a Senior Manager in Node.js (MEAN Stack & AWS) at our Hyderabad location, you will have the following responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Node.js developers and technical leads- Architect and design scalable applications using MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)- Drive cloud-native development and deployment using AWS services- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps- Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability- Oversee project planning, execution, and timely delivery- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering standards- Manage stakeholder communication and align technical solutions with business goals- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processesTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- 10 years of experience in software development with strong Node.js expertise- Hands-on experience with MEAN stack technologies- Solid experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)- Proven experience in team management and delivery ownership- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skillsJoin us if you are ready to take on the challenge of leading a team in cutting-edge technologies and driving innovation while ensuring high-quality deliverables and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
