Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be joining R1, a leading provider of technology-driven solutions aimed at enhancing the patient experience and financial performance of hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. Your mission will be to drive efficiency in healthcare systems, hospitals, and physician practices, striving to make healthcare work better for everyone.Key Responsibilities:- Define, plan, and execute complex projects for all RPS processes- Coordinate with and manage both internal and external stakeholders- Ensure seamless project execution and delivery while maintaining quality standards- Drive operational smart initiatives effectively and efficiently- Onboarding US Healthcare specific transitions- Work with relevant stakeholders in India and the US to meet project timelines- Co-ordinate with various functional teams (Hiring, Quality, GTLT, admin, etc.)- Collaborate with US transitions leaders to understand needs and timelines- Contracting coordination, if required- Create and drive project plans in Excel- Program manage business-specific and PAN India projects, if any- Network with different departments and leaders- Collaborate with Operations and US leaders in executing new onboardings and operational initiatives- Possess good communication and presentation skills- Understand US healthcare basics- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project for leadership level presentations- Make logical decisions as part of efficient problem-solving- Demonstrate strong AR knowledge- Exhibit emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills- Work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels- Be responsible, knowledgeable, convincing, and adaptable to change- Be self-driven, people-oriented, and result-oriented- Be flexible towards shifts and locations- Perform any other duties as outlined by leadershipQualifications Required:- Good Communication skills- Good Presentation skills and MS Project understanding- Understanding of US healthcare basics- Excellent MS Office Skills and proficiency in making leadership level presentations- Strong AR knowledge- Emotional intelligence- Interpersonal Skills: learning and growth, teamwork, establishing trust, and cognitive agility- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with people at all levels- Must be responsible, knowledgeable, convincing, and able to adapt to change- Self-Driven, People person, and result-oriented- Flexible towards shift and location- Possession of Project management certificate (If any)Note: The company believes in giving back to the community and offers a competitive benefits package.
