Job Description

    As a Senior Manager Insurance Sales at Globiva, you will lead and drive performance across Life & Health Insurance verticals. Your role will involve managing a layered team structure comprising Managers, Assistant Managers, and Team Leaders to ensure strong sales performance and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end BPO Sales Operations for Life & Health Insurance processes- Drive revenue, profitability, and overall P&L ownership- Monitor and control key BPO metrics including Conversion %, Shrinkage, Attrition, Productivity, Dial Utilization, and Occupancy- Ensure achievement of sales targets across teams- Implement strategies to improve conversion and revenue per agent- Manage manpower planning, shrinkage control, and capacity utilization- Lead performance reviews, coaching frameworks, and sales governance- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency- Engage in stakeholder management with internal leadership and clientsQualification Required:- Proven experience in BPO Insurance Sales Operations with a mandatory focus on Life & Health Insurance- Experience in managing Managers, Assistant Managers, and Team Leaders in a multi-layer structure- Strong exposure to Sales KPIs, Attrition control, and Shrinkage management- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills- Strong leadership, team management, and revenue-driving capabilityPreferred Experience:- 8 years in BPO Insurance Sales with at least 2-3 years in a Senior Operations rolePlease drop your CV at hidden_email a Senior Manager Insurance Sales at Globiva, you will lead and drive performance across Life & Health Insurance verticals.
