Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Description

You will be joining REA India as a Product Operations Manager, where you will play a crucial role in empowering product teams to deliver exceptional results through optimized processes, data-driven insights, and the evangelization of best practices. Your main focus will be on enhancing the skills of product managers and streamlining operations to ensure alignment, efficiency, and scalability across the organization. If you are passionate about driving a culture of excellence through operational efficiency and enjoy solving complex challenges, this role is perfect for you.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Quantitative Insights Enablement:** - Collaborate with data insights teams to ensure product teams have direct access to essential data for informed decision-making. - Enable product teams by creating self-service tools and raising the data IQ of the broader product organization.- **Qualitative Insights Enablement:** - Work alongside the user research/customer insights teams to ensure product teams are enabled with useful and insightful research to guide product strategy. - Facilitate access to infrastructure for ongoing customer testing and feedback.- **Tools and Best Practices Evangelism:** - Develop and lead onboarding programs and training for product managers and designers. - Coach teams on advanced discovery techniques and tool selection, sharing relevant examples and best practices. - Help standardize processes to streamline product development workflows. - Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of product management tools (e.g., roadmapping, prototyping, analytics). - Document and share best practices to ensure consistency across teams.- **Cross-Functional Coordination:** - Act as a liaison between product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams. - Facilitate communication of product updates, strategies, and priorities across stakeholders.- **Metrics and Reporting:** - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product team success. - Create dashboards and reports for leadership to monitor progress and outcomes.**Qualifications:**- Proven experience in product operations, product management, or a related role.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.- Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).- Experience in training or coaching product teams on best practices.- Bachelors degree in business, operations management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.**Key Attributes:**- Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities.- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.- Adaptable to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.- Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
