Job Description

    As a Senior Project Team Member, your role involves conducting process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting within the GRCSS domain. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying risks, and optimizing controls to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in interpreting process gap analysis and delivering quality client services.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting projects- Lead project teams, overseeing 1-3 team members and reviewing their deliverables- Interact with client representatives to understand project requirements- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholders are informed- Stay updated on industry developments and advisory services capabilities- Demonstrate technical expertise, professional knowledge, and ability to learn new concepts quickly- Utilize data analytics skills and advanced tools to drive insights and recommendationsQualifications:- Qualified CAs with articleship from Big-4 firms or MBAs from top Business Schools with 0-3 years of experience- Other qualified CAs/ MBAs with 1-4 years of experience or Graduates with 4-6 years of relevant experience in risk consulting, operations, or compliance roles- Strong understanding of internal audit, business processes, and industry sectorsIn addition to the above, this role may require you to travel to client locations within India and abroad. Your willingness to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in teams will be essential for success in this position.
