Senior Software Developer (Full Stack - Delhi)

Job Description

You will be responsible for leading development work on market-leading intelligence platforms as a Senior Full Stack Developer in Delhi. Your role will involve developing high-performance front-end applications, APIs, back-end services, database solutions, and CI/CD pipelines. You will work within an agile development methodology in a supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain software for subscriber platforms and data gathering operations- Work with complex relational databases, including spatial databases- Lead the development cycle from wireframing to deployment- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and project planning- Guide developers to achieve project deliverables on time- Support clients, report progress to senior management, and work across teamsQualifications Required:- Minimum 8 years of software development experience within SDLC practices- Experience in updating stakeholders on project progress and supervising junior developers- Strong communication skills in English with geographically dispersed teams- Computer Science degree or equivalent from a top-tier university- Good organizational skills and attention to detailTechnical Skills Required:- Proficiency in .NET development using C#- Expertise in frontend languages like Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Kendo UI- Expertise in backend services such as C#, WebApi, Python- Proficiency in data providers like SQL Server- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines with tools like Bitbucket, Git, TeamCity CI, Octopus Deploy, JIRA Issue TrackingAdditional Details:- Curiosity and willingness to learn new techniques, languages, and software tools- Knowledge of maritime, offshore oil and gas, or offshore renewable industries is a plus- Awareness of global trade, economics, and statistics- Working knowledge of Azure Services including Event Hubs, Azure Kubernetes Services, Databricks, Azure Redis, and Azure FoundryAbout the Company:Clarksons Research is a leading global provider of intelligence and research in shipping, trade, offshore, and energy sectors.
