As a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior Strategic Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives for our client. This fully remote position allows you to contribute from anywhere in India. Your deep understanding of business strategy, process optimization, change management, and performance metrics will be crucial in leading complex projects that enhance efficiency, profitability, and scalability. Your main responsibilities will include:- Developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic operational plans aligned with the companys overall business objectives.- Leading cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement initiatives for driving efficiency and cost savings.- Analyzing operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.- Developing and implementing change management frameworks to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.- Collaborating with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and operational roadmaps.- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.- Optimizing resource allocation and capacity planning to meet business demands.- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all departments.- Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership on operational performance and strategic progress.- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.- Identifying and implementing best practices in strategic operations management.Qualifications required for this role include:- Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), Operations Management, or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in strategic operations, business analysis, or project management, with a strong focus on driving strategic initiatives.- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex, cross-functional projects.- Deep understanding of business strategy, operational frameworks, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and change management.- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and ROI analysis.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams in a remote environment.- Proficiency in project management software and business intelligence tools.- Ability to think strategically and translate high-level objectives into actionable plans.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fully remote setting.- Experience in a technology or fast-paced growth environment is a plus.This unique opportunity allows a results-driven leader like you to shape the strategic direction of our clients operations, working remotely and making a significant impact from Hyderabad, Telangana.
