    Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations and leading the team during shifts at Ripplewalk.Key Responsibilities- Manage the staff effectively during the shift- Prepare duty rosters and assign tasks efficiently- Ensure smooth operations at the outlet- Handle customer orders, complaints, and feedback professionally- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service- Ensure the team follows brand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)- Support in achieving sales targets and daily performance goalsQualifications Required- 2-4 years of experience in QSR / Restaurant / Caf industry- Strong communication and team handling skills- Customer-focused mindset and well-groomed appearance- Ability to handle rush hours calmly and effectivelyIf you have relevant experience in managing restaurant shifts and leading a team, we encourage you to apply for this position at Ripplewalk.
