Job Description

As a highly skilled Backend Developer with a strong background in Java and Spring Boot, you will be an essential part of our dynamic development team. Your primary responsibility will be to build scalable backend systems, develop APIs, manage data flows, and ensure application performance and security.Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Optimize relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) for performance and scalability. Work with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deployment, monitoring, and scaling. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.). Write clean, maintainable, and efficient backend code following best practices. Conduct unit and integration testing for robustness and reliability. Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and security issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Product, and QA.Requirements: Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 4 years of professional experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and system architecture. Proficiency in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure services (e.g., EC2 Lambda, S3, RDS). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in fintech, B2C apps, and third-party integrations. Experience in microservices architecture. Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack). Strong grasp of security best practices in backend development.Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
