Role Overview:As a Software Engineer Intern at Aspire, you will work on a core product engineering team, contributing to real production systems. This hands-on role will provide you with ownership, mentorship, and clear expectations. Successful interns will have the opportunity to be considered for full-time roles upon completion of the internship.Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, test, and ship features as part of an engineering squad- Utilize AI-driven tools and processes effectively- Work on backend services, APIs, systems, or platforms based on team needs- Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code- Apply computer science fundamentals to solve real product problems- Utilize modern development tools, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted workflows- Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and QAQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- Candidates from top engineering collegesMust-Have Skills & Qualifications:- Strong CS fundamentals (DSA, OOP, problem-solving)- Strong experience and exposure to AI tools / AI-assisted development- Good coding ability in at least one programming language- Strong learning mindset and ownership mentality- Good communication and collaboration skillsNice to Have Skills & Qualifications:- Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms (AWS preferred)- Personal projects, internships, hackathons, or open-source contributionsAbout The Company:Aspire is revolutionizing the financial operating system for global founders, offering banking, software, and automation in a single platform.
