Job Description

    As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the execution, reporting, and optimization of marketing initiatives. Your role will involve assisting in maintaining marketing technology platforms, managing campaign and capacity reports, supporting marketing project management tool usage, managing vendor and tool inventories, and performing various administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.Your key responsibilities will include:- Creating a positive team experience- Driving visibility, transparency, and accountability across teams- Collaborating with the marketing team to align marketing reporting and strategies- Cross-training an additional resource for Marketing Operations Support role- Partnering with the Digital Marketing team to establish dashboards on lead volume, quality, and progression- Supporting the use of marketing data, analytics, and processes to inform business decisions- Developing standardized metric sources for leadership performance reporting- Performing routine maintenance, data cleansing, and accuracy checks within CRM and marketing databases- Maintaining documentation such as standard operating procedures and marketing policies- Keeping an inventory of marketing technology platforms and supporting the execution, optimization, and standardization of the marketing project management system- Configuring reports and dashboards to monitor marketing team workload and project backlogsIn addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be required to have a Bachelors degree, at least 3 years of experience in a data and analytical role, strong problem-solving skills, experience in process improvement and project work, and the ability to work directly with senior executive leadership. You should be results-driven with acute critical thinking skills, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.You should have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and internet navigation and research. Familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua), Customer Relationship Management Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Dynamics), and Project Management Platforms (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Wrike) is also required.This position may have direct reports, and the work environment is primarily indoors with occasional long periods of sitting while working at a computer. You will interact with employees at all levels of the firm and external vendors as necessary. Some independent travel may be required, but it is less than 25%.Please note that a valid drivers license is required for this role.
