As a Senior Finance Manager at Gartner, your role will involve leading a team of high-caliber associates to drive analytics and reporting for key business units such as Research & Advisory, Global Service & Delivery, and Global Product Management. You will play a crucial role in providing business analysis, decision support, and thought leadership to the organization. Your responsibilities will include:- Developing robust financial models for Gartner Research BU and providing analytical support- Converting business initiatives into actionable data analytics projects- Improving processes and deliverables through regular checks and measurements- Analyzing business KPIs to generate actionable insights and suggest operational actions- Leading the annual revenue modeling and quarterly forecast process- Mentoring a team of analysts to drive cutting-edge analytics- Managing team projects, testing new processes, and enhancing finance systems- Building an effective team through recruiting, interviewing, and talent assessmentTo qualify for this role, you will need:- 8 years of experience with a bachelors degree in finance, engineering, analytics, or related fields- Experience in data analytics, project management, executive presentations, and independent thought leadership- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills- Proficiency in statistical analysis programs like R, Python, SQL, and advanced knowledge of PowerBIAs a motivated and high-potential performer, you should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to embrace feedback for continuous improvement.
